Before adding, it should be finely filtered to remove various impurities. Check the aging of the sealing ring, even if it is replaced, to avoid oil seepage and oil leakage. After increasing the pressure of the Casting Vulcanizer to a certain level, observe the pressure maintenance of the equipment. If there is a pressure drop, it must be checked and repaired in time to avoid affecting the quality of rubber products. At the same time, attention should be paid to lubricating the various moving parts of the equipment to reduce running resistance.
The heating system is relatively easy. Generally, electric heating, steam heating, or heat conduction oil heating is used now. Just observe the temperature rise and maintenance of the equipment, and whether the surface temperature of the hot plate is uniform. It is also relatively simple to find problems and troubleshoot them.
The problem of electrical system failure is relatively troublesome to deal with. Operators need to have certain operating experience and knowledge of machinery and electrical appliances. Especially now that the degree of automation of vulcanizing machines is getting higher and higher, many steps are automatically controlled by PLC programs. Yes, so if there is a problem with pressure and temperature, you can first check the electrical system. During the daily use of Casting Vulcanizer, ensure that the main unit and the electrical box are reliably grounded, regularly check whether each contact is loose, and tighten it in time. At the same time, keep electrical components and instruments clean and dry to avoid impact and moisture.
